Your Guide to the DTB Experience
Welcome to Dental Team Builders (DTB), where connecting dental professionals with offices is our superpower. Before you get started, let’s outline the essentials to keep everything running smoothly. By using our site or services, you agree to these terms, so grab a coffee (or your favorite dental-friendly beverage), and let’s dive in!
Who We Are
DTB isn’t your average temp agency—we’re a dental talent marketplace that empowers professionals and practices alike. Whether you’re here to find a dream gig or reliable coverage, we’ve got you covered.
Membership Made Easy
To use our services, you’ll need a membership. Here’s the breakdown:
- Monthly Plan: $89/month + tax
- Three-Month Plan: $237/quarter + tax
- Annual Plan: $850/year + tax
Your membership renews automatically, but you can cancel anytime. Heads up—membership fees are non-refundable (because flexibility and commitment are key).
Payments, Simplified
We use trusted third-party platforms (like Stripe and PayPal) for payments. By signing up, you authorize us to handle all charges related to memberships,. Rates may adjust from time to time, but we’ll always keep the website updated so you’re in the know.
Gigs and Team Members
Meet the stars of our platform:
- Rising Star: Fresh talent with 1-2 years of experience.
- Shining Star: 2+ years or top-notch training.
- Super Star: Experienced professionals with glowing reviews.
- RDH/Doctor: RDHs and Doctors bringing their A-game.
All gigs require a 4-hour minimum. Need to cancel? No problem! We’ve waived cancellation fees, but we encourage you to notify the Team Member out of courtesy—it’s the polite thing to do.
Pre-Screening Promise
We carefully screen all Team Members: verifying IDs, checking certifications and licenses, reviewing resumes, and more. While we do our best to ensure accuracy, we rely on the info provided by each professional.
Play By the Rules
Here’s how we keep things fair for everyone:
- No off-platform bookings: All gigs must go through DTB. Violations come with a hefty $1,000 fee—it’s not a penalty, it’s protecting the platform we’ve worked hard to build.
- Respect privacy: Confidentiality is key. Keep personal and professional info secure.
- No bad behavior: Don’t upload viruses, violate laws, or do anything that could harm the DTB community.
We’re Matchmakers, Not Employers
DTB connects you to qualified professionals, but Team Members aren’t our employees. If you hire someone repeatedly, they may be considered your employee under the law. Keep an eye on those employment thresholds—you’re responsible for compliance.
The Fine Print
- Liability: We provide the tools, you make the magic happen. DTB isn’t liable for issues with Team Members or services.
- Disputes: Let’s keep things friendly, but any legal matters will be handled under U.S. law.
Your Agreement
By using DTB, you’re agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to make updates as needed—don’t worry, we’ll always keep you informed.
